Simulations develops world class composites.  We have the analytical, design, and fabrication expertise to develop next generation structures and materials for the DoD, commercial, and industrial markets.  Simulations engineers with a multitude of composite materials customized for each specific application.   Be it carbon, Kevlar, or glass fiber reinforced materials, bismaleimide, epoxy, vinyl ester, polyimide, cyanate ester resin, and so on, Simulations provides the engineering to  provide the lightweight composite material needed.  Our products, technologies, and manufacturing methods are vast and thorough thus the potential combinations of additives, matrix material, and reinforcements are unlimited.  Simulations has the in-house technology to design with these many composite constituents, to fabricate prototypes, and deliver production product.   Simulations manufactures composites via RTM, VARTM, DBVARTM, Bladder Molding, Conventional 2D Lamina , and Out-of-Autoclave Processing.

3D Laser Scanning

Simulations in-house various 3D laser scanners provides us the leading-edge expertise for non-touch inspection of 3D surfaces, features, dimension, finish, and tolerances, and critically the ability to automate inspection and component scanning.  The inspection feature of 3D laser scanner provides instant knowledge and data of features that have been not possible to inspect prior to laser technology existence.
